They also include students, entrepreneurs, creatives, academics and scientists, and span the private, nonprofit and public sectors.

MY MISSION:

To help my clients define, and be empowered to create, a meaningful professional and personal life.

Inside Look

As a potential client, you are likely to have questions about how we may work together. I hope you find the answers below helpful.

How do we get started?

Our first step is to arrange an introductory 15-to-20 minute telephone consultation, which is usually scheduled by email.

What do we discuss during our introductory consultation?

The consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly discuss your professional and personal situation, and for me to provide a clear picture of my counseling process and answer your questions. At the end of our call, we can discuss next steps, and schedule your first appointment.

How often do we meet for consultations?

I typically meet with my clients once a week, or every other week, for a 50-minute session. While meeting in person is preferable, telephone consultations are an additional option.

How many sessions are needed to complete the counseling process?

Career exploration, guidance on workplace social and political skills, and job-search campaigns involve a comprehensive, multilayered process that can have a significant impact on your life. Although everyone has their own individual goals and needs, our work typically spans 15 to 20 sessions.

By the end of the process, you will have the knowledge, perspective and self-awareness that will serve you through a long and satisfying work life.
